is Risk the father, isn't him?
I've read this, you see, and while it has an enjoyable artstyle and it's interesting enough to keep my attention, I can't really grasp the major events like what just happened with the attack on their base, it seems like it all happened too fast.
And I didn't really feel like Risk and Never had a lot of chemistry... if Risk is the father to the puppies then I think this has happened too fast as well. If otherwise then it's still handled a bit oddly... like it throws ''I think you're going to have puppies'' in a rash manner, like they just jump to that conclusion, there's nowhere else that shows her struggling? Not to my memory.
It's a bit hard to explain. Basically, if you showed more of her in pain, which would lead to them suspecting her being pregnant, rather than just suddenly bringing this down in one page. She wouldn't have to be the focus, other things could be going on at the same time, but you would have to be careful to not throw too much plot points at the reader too.
But I think that this would have worked better later on in the comic, but hindsight is kind of pointless outside of ''what you could do next time''
at this point i'm only trying to finish it, even if it means rushing through the whole thing.
there's a time skip right before never gets pregnant, so i can't show anything before then.
